Returns Eligibility

You may request a return under the following conditions:

• The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

• Original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.

• The return request must be raised within 7 days of receiving the order.

Products that show signs of use, damage, or alteration will not be eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Innerwear or accessories (if applicable)

• Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling by the customer

Return Process

1. Email us at contact@urban-fable.com with your order ID, reason for return, and supporting images (if required).

2. Once your request is approved, our team will guide you through the return process.

3. The product must be shipped back to us as instructed.

Please note: Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless the product received is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

• After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

• If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Replacement / Exchange

• Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

• If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please notify us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.
